FAS Camp 2002 Comments
The following comments were submitted by campers and mentors:
- My camper said, "I don't want to go home because this is the one
place where everyone understand me."
- My daughter said that this was the best week of her life.
- I felt comfortable knowing that everyone there understood and accepted my son's behavior.
- Camp Henry was an ideal spot. We'd like to come back!
- Everything was perfect. Comment about the food: Salad bar was great. Next time I would prefer no Kool-aid and more milk. Our kids don't need any food colorings contributing to their ADHD. We appreciated having lots of bottled water available.
- Ann Streissguth and Ed Riley were wonderful. They spoke at an easy level of understanding without being condescending. It was nice that they participated in the campers' activities.
